Michael J's Story
Joined the Air Force out of High School, got married in 1977 had 3 kids, ran my own business TV Tempo Cable Magazine from 1983 until 1992, got divorced in 1992. From 1992 until 1995 were the dark days as I refer to them. On July 5th 1995 I met the Love of my life and have been together for 20 years now, had a daughter in 1999. From 1995 until 2003 I was in the Radio business first selling radio then running groups of Radio Stations throughout the Southeast. Since then my wife Beth and I have been thoroughly enjoying owning and running Goose Feathers Café in Downtown Savannah. We also own a Home Rental Company where we...Expand for more
purchase homes that need some TLC fix them up then rent them out. Next project on the list is expanding our Goose Feathers brand across the Southeast. Been to Paris twice and am going back next year by way of Scotland to celebrate my 60th birthday. If I am blessed enough to be around 6 more years and our daughter graduates college in 4 years my wife and I plan to semi-retire and travel around the USA and Europe check off the things on our bucket list.. If anyone had told me in 1974 that this is how my life would go, I would have called them crazy, but it turns out it takes a little crazy to get you where you need go.
